All Routine Maintenance requests must be submitted online or placed in the black box at the SP Property Managers residence (8084 RBDE). The SP Property Manager will review the request with the Building Maintenance Committee (BMC), and the BMC will follow-up with the Homeowner.

Paper copies of the Maintenance form may be picked up in the black box by the swimming pool.
